Information and purpose

The consent form records your optional name, mobile number and independent service and marketing text preferences, together with the submission time and applicable consent notice. Approved messaging operations may also record opt-outs, message content and delivery status. These records support your requested communications, consent verification, security, troubleshooting and required recordkeeping. A phone number without affirmative text consent is not an enrollment.

Mobile information and consent

We will not share your mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in records or consent status with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional use. We do not transfer KH consent to Blonde New York LLC or automatically enroll you in another messaging program. Only your separate affirmative marketing choice permits KH promotional texts.

We may provide the minimum necessary information to contracted vendors that operate the consent form or deliver and support this KH messaging programs, such as Jotform, Telnyx and participating mobile carriers, subject to applicable controls. This permission is limited to providing the messaging service and does not permit independent marketing use. Other general data-sharing provisions in the KH Privacy Policy do not authorize sharing SMS opt-in information for unrelated purposes.

Your choices and records

Text consent is optional. Once messaging is active, reply STOP to end all KH automated SMS to your number. Each program requires renewed consent before messages resume; HELP does not re-enroll you. Contact intake@kingzhaven.com at any time for help, correction or withdrawal of a recorded preference. Reasonable consent, opt-out and audit records may be retained under the KH retention policy and applicable obligations so that we can honor your choice and document the messaging history.

Current operating state

The text program is being prepared. Consent preferences remain in the approved Jotform workflow; this form does not automatically send texts or transfer records into HOS/KHHH. Only authorized staff and approved vendors may handle these records for the stated purpose.

Do not enter case details, identity documents or financial information in the consent form. Our Terms & Conditions and separate program details describe the programs, charges, frequency and support.
