Requested housing-support texts: intake confirmations, appointment reminders, document requests, status updates, follow-ups, and housing-opportunity notifications related to your requested assistance. Section 9 of the Terms & Conditions describes this program.

Kingz Haven — Offers & Updates

A separate, optional marketing program for automated promotional texts about KINGZ HAVEN services, programs, and events. Only select this choice if you want KH promotions. Housing-support consent does not enroll you in this program. These program details supplement the Terms & Conditions; they do not expand housing-support consent.

Terms for both programs

Operator: Kingz Vision Media LLC, doing business as KINGZ HAVEN. Program number: +1 (929) 632-1003. Messages use Telnyx. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply; KH charges no separate fee to join either program. Delivery is not guaranteed; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, housing-navigation services, or brokerage services. Leave either checkbox unchecked to decline that program. Providing a number or accepting the Terms does not enroll you. Only enroll a number you are authorized to use.

Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. You can also contact intake@kingzhaven.com to withdraw consent or request help. A STOP or unqualified opt-out stops all KH automated SMS to your number. We honor other reasonable opt-out requests and may send one non-promotional confirmation. Renewed consent is required before recurring messages resume, separately for each program. Asking for help does not renew consent.

We will not share your mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS opt-in information and consent records are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional use. Vendors and carriers may receive only the information needed to operate the chosen KH messaging programs, subject to applicable controls and lawful disclosure requirements.
