These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Kingz Haven websites, intake forms, communications, housing-navigation services, program-support services, referral and administrative tools, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). When these Terms are presented to you and you check an agreement box, sign, or otherwise affirmatively accept them, you agree to the terms applicable to the Services you request. Acceptance of these Terms is separate from SMS enrollment, marketing consent, a release of confidential records, or any brokerage engagement.
Kingz Haven is an independent housing-navigation and program-support initiative operated by Kingz Vision Media LLC (“Kingz Haven,” “KH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. SCOPE OF KINGZ HAVEN SERVICES
Kingz Haven provides housing-navigation, program-support, referral, intake, administrative, communications, technology, and coordination services. Depending on the situation, Kingz Haven may help users identify housing opportunities, organize or submit information, communicate with participating providers or housing professionals, track next steps, and navigate processes administered by third parties.
Kingz Haven does not guarantee that any property, program, subsidy, benefit, referral, application, or other opportunity will be available, approved, accepted, funded, or completed. Submitting an intake does not place you on an official government waiting list, reserve a unit, or create a tenancy. Services depend on available capacity and the scope of assistance we agree to provide.
2. GOVERNMENT / AGENCY NON-AFFILIATION
Kingz Haven is not NYC DSS, HRA, DHS, HPD, NYCHA, or any other government agency and does not imply government endorsement, authorization, sponsorship, or affiliation.
Kingz Haven does not determine voucher or program eligibility, approve subsidies, certify units, issue public benefits, set agency policy, or guarantee placement. Housing and program decisions remain with the applicable agency, provider, owner, property manager, housing professional, or other authorized decision-maker.
Users should review and meet the applicable agency or program requirements and deadlines. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to seek review, appeal a determination, request a reasonable accommodation, or pursue a complaint.
3. REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE SEPARATION
Kingz Haven is not a real estate brokerage.
Licensed real estate brokerage services are provided separately through Blonde New York LLC and appropriately licensed real estate professionals. Kingz Haven housing-services, technology, referral, intake, communications, and administrative functions are separate from licensed brokerage activity.

Accepting these Terms is not an agreement to hire a broker, pay a commission, grant a listing, authorize negotiations, or accept dual agency. Licensed brokerage activity is handled separately with the agreements and disclosures required for the particular relationship or transaction. Nothing in these Terms overrides duties or relationships imposed by law.
Kingz Haven does not interfere with existing exclusive brokerage agreements. Property advertising, referrals, and listing-related activity are subject to applicable authorization, attribution, and brokerage requirements.
4. FAIR HOUSING AND LAWFUL SOURCE OF INCOME
Kingz Haven supports Equal Housing Opportunity. Housing and brokerage-related activity must be conducted in accordance with applicable federal, New York State, and New York City fair-housing laws and lawful source-of-income protections.
Users, participating owners, property managers, brokers, providers, and other partners may not use the Services to discriminate unlawfully, evade fair-housing requirements, or request discriminatory screening or communications. This includes unlawful discrimination based on housing vouchers or other protected lawful sources of income.
Contact intake@kingzhaven.com to request an accessible communication method, discuss a reasonable accommodation, or report a service concern. Kingz Haven will not retaliate against a person for asserting protected rights. Reporting a concern to us is not a prerequisite to contacting an agency, court, or other assistance provider.

5. NO GUARANTEE OF HOUSING, APPROVAL, FUNDING, OR RESULTS
Information provided through Kingz Haven may include third-party listings, program information, eligibility guidance, status updates, referrals, document requests, or other opportunities. Availability and requirements can change without notice.
Kingz Haven does not guarantee:
• housing placement or continued housing availability;
• landlord, owner, property-manager, or broker acceptance;
• voucher, subsidy, program, or benefit approval;
• unit approval, inspection, certification, or rent approval;
• agency processing times or decisions;
• funding availability;
• the accuracy or completeness of third-party information; or
• any particular outcome.
Users should independently confirm material terms with the applicable agency, provider, owner, property manager, broker, or other authorized party before relying on them.
6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
• provide accurate, current, and complete information;
• promptly correct information that becomes inaccurate;
• use the Services only for lawful purposes;
• not impersonate another person or submit fraudulent or altered records;
• not submit personal information or documents belonging to another person unless you are authorized to do so;
• comply with applicable program, agency, housing-provider, and legal requirements; and
• communicate respectfully with staff, providers, housing professionals, owners, property managers, and other users.
You must have legal capacity to enter an agreement or use an appropriately authorized representative where required. A person acting for a household member, client, organization, or property owner must have the authority required for the specific action; a job title or family relationship alone does not authorize access to confidential records. These Terms do not create a blanket age-based exclusion from otherwise available assistance.
Protect account credentials and do not access another person's records, bypass security controls, harvest contact data, or use the Services for spam. Kingz Haven may restrict misuse as described in Section 19, subject to applicable law and accommodation obligations.
7. DOCUMENTS, FORMS, AND THIRD-PARTY SUBMISSIONS
Kingz Haven may help users collect, organize, transmit, or track forms and supporting materials. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Kingz Haven does not certify the legal sufficiency, authenticity, completeness, or acceptance of documents.
Submitting information to Kingz Haven does not mean that a government agency, housing provider, property owner, broker, or other third party has received or approved it. Confirm required submissions, deadlines, signatures, and approvals with the applicable recipient, and ask us for clarification when we have agreed to assist with a submission.
A request for assistance authorizes only the administrative steps reasonably necessary for the task you specifically request, subject to any required release or consent. These Terms do not authorize us to sign for you, accept a lease, negotiate as an unlicensed broker, obtain credit or background reports without required authorization, or distribute confidential records to unspecified recipients. Additional releases or transaction-specific authorizations will be requested when needed.
8. COMMUNICATIONS AND ELECTRONIC RECORDS
We use the contact details and channels you select to respond to your inquiries and provide the assistance you request, consistent with applicable law and your communication preferences. Simply entering a telephone number or agreeing to these Terms does not enroll you in automated or recurring SMS messages.
SMS enrollment is a separate choice from email or voice-call permissions. Marketing email can be declined or unsubscribed from using the instructions in the message or by contacting intake@kingzhaven.com. A marketing-email opt-out does not itself cancel a service request. Tell us when you want to stop all contact or change your preferred channel; we will honor your request subject to legally required notices.
Where configured and approved, Kingz Haven may use Resend to deliver transactional and workflow email and Telnyx to provide SMS and voice communications. These providers support message delivery; they do not independently determine the purpose of a communication or expand the permissions you have given Kingz Haven. Use of either provider does not enroll you in a different message program or override an opt-out request.
Electronic records and signatures may be used where legally permitted. Any separate consent or disclosures required for electronic delivery will be provided when applicable. You may retain a copy of these Terms and contact us about an accessible or alternative format. These Terms do not waive rights to paper notices or other legally required delivery methods.
9. KINGZ HAVEN SMS / TEXT MESSAGING TERMS

By separately opting in, you agree to receive the housing-navigation and program-support text messages described at enrollment, which may be sent using automated technology. These may include intake confirmations, appointment reminders, document-request notifications, status updates, follow-up requests, and housing-opportunity notifications specifically related to assistance you requested.
Enrollment does not subscribe you to unrelated promotional campaigns, fundraising texts, or Blonde New York LLC brokerage marketing. A separate program and consent are required before those messages are sent. Initiating an individual text conversation permits a relevant response; it does not automatically enroll you in recurring notifications.
Program number: +1 (929) 632-1003. The program uses Telnyx for SMS delivery. We will not use a different sending number to bypass an opt-out.
Message frequency varies based on your requests, appointments, and service activity. Message and data rates may apply under your carrier plan. Kingz Haven does not charge a separate fee to join this SMS program.
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or email intake@kingzhaven.com for support. You may also withdraw consent by emailing that address or by any other reasonable method that clearly communicates your request. We honor plain-language opt-out requests, not only specific keywords.
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing anything, receiving Kingz Haven housing-navigation services, or engaging in licensed brokerage services. Declining or stopping texts does not itself terminate your assistance request; contact us to arrange another available communication method.
Delivery is not guaranteed and messages may be delayed or undelivered. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded. Do not rely on a text notification as your only record of a deadline or an official agency determination.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from any general marketing-related data-sharing permission. Enrollment does not give Blonde New York LLC or another partner permission to text you independently.
Messaging data may be disclosed to service providers and carriers only as necessary to deliver, administer, secure, or document the SMS program, subject to applicable confidentiality and legal requirements. We will act promptly on an opt-out request and may send one non-promotional confirmation. An unqualified opt-out will be treated as a request to stop Kingz Haven automated SMS notifications to your number, rather than only one message category. We will not resume recurring texts without renewed consent. A later request for help does not by itself renew that consent.
Only enroll a number you are authorized to use, and notify us if it changes or is reassigned. SMS is not an emergency or confidential-document channel.
10. PRIVACY
Kingz Haven collects and uses information in connection with intake, communications, housing-navigation, program-support, referrals, administrative operations, and service delivery.
Where configured, Resend may process recipient and delivery information needed to send approved transactional or workflow email, and Telnyx may process recipient and delivery information needed to provide approved SMS or voice communications. Provider use remains subject to applicable consent, opt-out, privacy, security, and Kingz Haven approval controls.
Read the separate Kingz Haven Privacy Policy presented with the relevant website, intake form, or SMS enrollment form for information about collection, use, disclosure, retention, and your choices. The Privacy Policy must be accessible before you submit information or enroll in messaging. These Terms are not a substitute for that notice or any required separate consent or authorization.
Accepting these Terms is not a blanket release allowing confidential case records to be shared with every agency, landlord, broker, or partner. Disclosures must be appropriate to the requested service, consistent with the Privacy Policy, and supported by any consent or other legal basis required for the information involved.
Do not send Social Security numbers, passwords, banking credentials, full identity documents, sensitive medical records, or confidential case files by SMS. Use only an approved secure submission method for requested sensitive documents. Do not send account passwords through any channel. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure; this notice does not reduce our applicable privacy or security duties.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, LISTINGS, AND LINKS
The Services may contain information from or links to government agencies, nonprofits, housing providers, owners, property managers, brokers, technology vendors, communications providers (including Resend and Telnyx where configured), or other third parties.
Third-party organizations control their own websites, lawful eligibility rules, listings, availability, decisions, and services. A referral, link, or mention does not itself establish an endorsement, agency affiliation, or guaranteed outcome. This section does not excuse Kingz Haven's own conduct or any legal duties we have when selecting vendors, handling information, or providing assistance.
12. FEES AND THIRD-PARTY COSTS
These Terms do not authorize a charge, establish a brokerage commission, or require you to hire a broker. Any lawful paid Kingz Haven service must be identified and separately agreed to in writing before a charge is incurred, including the provider, scope, total price, and applicable cancellation or refund terms. No payment guarantees housing, subsidy approval, or agency action.
Any rent, deposit, screening charge, or other third-party cost must comply with applicable law and the relevant written agreement. Regulated brokerage compensation is handled separately through the licensed brokerage, not relabeled as a Kingz Haven administrative or referral charge.
For NYC rental transactions, the FARE Act prohibits shifting a landlord's broker fee to a prospective tenant, including fees of agents publishing listings with the landlord's permission. A tenant may independently choose to hire their own broker, but these Terms are not that engagement and do not authorize a prohibited fee. Required fee disclosures and other renter protections remain in force.

13. NO LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR GOVERNMENT BENEFITS ADVICE
General information provided through Kingz Haven is for navigation and program-support purposes. Unless specifically provided by a properly qualified professional acting in that capacity, it is not legal, tax, financial, benefits, or governmental advice.
Users should consult the appropriate agency, attorney, financial professional, benefits specialist, licensed housing professional, or other qualified adviser when professional advice is required.
14. NO EMERGENCY SERVICE
Kingz Haven is not an emergency service. Do not use Kingz Haven communications to request emergency police, fire, medical, shelter, or crisis response. If you are experiencing an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency or crisis service.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, Kingz Haven branding, website content, forms, original materials, workflows, graphics, and service content are owned by or licensed to Kingz Vision Media LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use materials provided to you for their intended personal or authorized business purpose and retain copies for your records. You may not falsely represent Kingz Haven materials as your own, remove required notices, or use Kingz Haven branding to imply authorization, partnership, brokerage status, government affiliation, or endorsement that does not exist.
You retain your rights in documents and content you submit. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your records or authorize publication of your name, photograph, testimonial, or case story. Any such publicity requires separate permission.
16. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
Kingz Haven may modify, add, suspend, or discontinue features or Services. Technology systems and third-party services may occasionally be unavailable or delayed.
Updates will identify their effective date and version. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect when required by law, and renewed acceptance or consent will be obtained when necessary. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively expand an earlier SMS consent, authorize new data uses without a required legal basis, or eliminate an accrued right.
17. DISCLAIMERS
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. Kingz Haven does not make warranties concerning uninterrupted availability, third-party decisions, housing availability, program approval, or outcomes beyond warranties that cannot legally be disclaimed.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer, tenant, fair-housing, civil-rights, privacy, or other right that cannot lawfully be waived.
18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kingz Haven and Kingz Vision Media LLC are not responsible for losses caused solely by the independent acts, omissions, decisions, delays, inaccuracies, denials, or service failures of government agencies, housing providers, owners, property managers, brokers, telecommunications carriers, technology providers, or other third parties outside Kingz Haven’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, unlawful discrimination, or other duties and remedies that cannot lawfully be limited. No provision relieves Kingz Haven of responsibility for its own conduct where the law imposes that responsibility.
19. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
Kingz Haven may suspend or terminate access to the Services for fraud, abuse, threats, harassment, unlawful activity, misuse of systems, material violation of these Terms, or when necessary to comply with law or protect users, staff, partners, systems, or third parties.
Where practical and appropriate, Kingz Haven will provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue. You may ask to end assistance or close an account by contacting intake@kingzhaven.com. Account closure does not necessarily require deletion of records that must be retained for a lawful purpose.
Service restrictions will not be used to retaliate for complaints or accommodation requests, penalize a messaging opt-out, or override fair-housing or other protected rights. Ending Kingz Haven assistance does not itself terminate a lease, government benefit, or separate brokerage agreement.
20. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply.
Any dispute that must be brought in court will be handled by a court of competent jurisdiction as required by applicable law. These Terms do not require arbitration and do not waive rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
21. SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE TERMS
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms apply together with any Privacy Policy, consent language, program-specific terms, brokerage agreements, agency disclosures, listing agreements, service agreements, or other documents that expressly apply to a particular transaction or Service. If a specific signed agreement conflicts with these general Terms, the specific agreement controls for that subject matter unless law requires otherwise.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By checking an agreement box, signing, or otherwise affirmatively accepting these Terms after they are presented to you, you acknowledge the opportunity to read and retain a copy and agree to the terms applicable to your requested Services.
Accepting these Terms does not enroll you in SMS, authorize marketing messages, release confidential case records, or engage a real estate broker. Those decisions remain separate.
Technology Surfaces
KINGZ HAVEN may provide access to its services through the KINGZ HAVEN HOS application and related authorized web interfaces, including Operations, Brokerage, and administrative surfaces. These technology surfaces do not change the legal role of KINGZ HAVEN, any government agency, or any licensed real-estate brokerage. Licensed brokerage services remain separately provided through the applicable licensed brokerage and licensed professionals.
